MISSION 1.5 is our association’s objective to increase our service impact worldwide.

Constitutional Area 1’s goal is to end our Lion year with a growth of 354-plus members. As of January 30, 2024, our membership growth is behind schedule at -1,971. But we won’t stop now. Too many people need Lions to change their world.

I am asking everyone to focus on the tasks needed to achieve our goals. It takes everyone. Here’s how you can help!

Benefits of Being a Lion

Share the joy of being a Lion with your friends, neighbors and family. When your friends join Lions, they will help us make a bigger difference.

When Clubs Grow – Service Grows

This is the best time of year to act so that your club and district membership goals will be met by June 30.

Earn Awards! The Club Excellence Award is the ideal way to set your club on the path to excelling in the areas of membership, service, leadership and organizational excellence and marketing. Use the qualifications outlined in the Club Excellence Award Application as your road map to excellence.
Double Down! and earn the MISSION 1.5 Premier Club Award by achieving 100% retention (excluding drops for reason of “deceased” only), with a minimum of five new members.
