On August 30, 2023, Hurricane Idalia slammed into the Florida, USA, Gulf Coast as a major Category 3 hurricane, leaving destruction in its wake. Buildings were submerged almost entirely, and many homes and businesses crumbled to the ground. The storm quickly moved east into south Georgia, creating even more devastation.

When a natural disaster strikes, we, as Lions, are ready to help. Right beside us is Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF), our global foundation. LCIF is mobilizing funds to empower Lions in the impacted areas to help their communities recover.
